We respect your privacy. This page explains how we handle your data, in compliance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
Data we collect
- The information you enter in the booking form: name, mobile number, age, gender, service, complaint, and preferred branch and time
- When you send a booking request, this data is recorded in the clinic's private booking log (Google Firebase) so we can confirm your appointment. If you also choose to send it on WhatsApp, it reaches the clinic there too. Only the clinic can see this log
- Your browser remembers your name and number on your device only, so you don't have to type them again
How we use it
- To confirm your booking and contact you about it
- For medical follow-up and appointment reminders
- We do not sell or share your data with any third party, except the center where you will be seen, so it can prepare your appointment
Medical photos
Before-and-after photos are taken solely to monitor your condition, and are never published without your written consent, and without revealing your identity. Photos of men's health cases are never published under any circumstances.
Cookies and analytics
If we enable website analytics tools, they will only run after you give your consent, and they do not collect medical data.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time — message us on WhatsApp. Medical records are retained for the period required by law.
